CA MODERN MEETS FARMHOUSE

Utilizing our construction experience and attention to architectural detail, we remodeled this San Ramon family home for a bright, light feel that honors the residence’s good bones. By redesigning the floorplan of this residence—creating a functional bathroom, a mudroom and laundry room by relocating a closet, an open flow between the kitchen and living room with a new home office, a new built-in closet in the guest room— we improved flow and functionality of all transitional spaces. Composed in a crisp, neutral palette punctuated with pops of navy blue, the home is at once cozy and cohesive.
